OUR Launch event
15 NOVEMBER 2023 - CIPRI ITALIAN RESTAURANT
Oh what a night!
On a stunning evening in Sydney, a group of purpose led individuals came together to help officially launch the Please Stay Foundation.
But their presence wasn't just attendance, it was a beacon of hope for us.
It was a moment where our community came together, united by lived experience and a drive to make a difference. A drive to get young Aussies to stay.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for helping us spread hope. Thank you for helping us break the cycle in youth mental health and suicide.
We've officially arrived!
With heartfelt thanks.
We would like to acknowledge the following people, places and organisations who so generously gave their time, products and services to help make the event the success that it was. We couldn't have done it without them.
A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to our incredible Ambassador, Amanda Keller, guest speaker Dr Lisa Myers, the entire team at Cipri Italian Restaurant, Daily Press Group for design and printing and Thomson Street for event management.
Sophie's smoking hot red velvet jacket was by Baz Inc, makeup by Sandra Sleiman and hair by Valonz Haircutters.
Raffle prizes were kindly donated by Among Equals, JNP Studios, The Champagne Goddess, The Jackson, Paloma Hair Salon, Cipri Italian and Barbetta Cucina.
Photography was by Love Liz Photography, AV and lighting by 32 Hundred Lighting

We got together with FEEL GOOD PROJECT to share their vision of helping people in need.

They provide hair and beauty treatments for those who otherwise couldn’t afford it.
One of our goals at the Please Stay Foundation is to provide support for parents and carers who have been on the long journey with their young person who have been, or still are struggling with a mental health condition.
Some of the Please Stay Mum alumni and their daughters got together for some well deserved pampering by the Feel Good Project, and the impact of their experience was electric, and the impact of their experience was nothing less than exhilarating! Their smiles say it all.
It's a scary and lonely place for a parent, so we need to stick together and share our stories. A problem shared is a problem halved.
